For Natalie and Eddie’s wedding we were asked to serve Eastern European inspired appetizers family-style while also having a wide variety of tastes for everyone, having chosen Twin Cities Catering knowing we cater to all cultures and flavors. Guests enjoyed Rolled Walnut-Eggplant sliders, Mushroom and Sharp Cheddar Vol au Vents, and our Eel and Caviar Seaweed Salad. They were married at The Depot in downtown Minneapolis on September 1st 2019!
