For this couple’s wedding, Twin Cities Catering created a unique and unforgettable menu with passed appetizers and decadent dinner and dessert buffets. Matching the vision of the bride and groom to have a rustic garden party with a dash of glam, we custom tailored their menu as we do for all our wedding clients. Guests were greeted in the gardens with Smoked Salmon Cucumber Bites, Caviar Crepes, Russian Perogis and Squash Spanakopitas. Set among rustic farm tables, the buffet-style menu featured mouth-watering sides and entrées including Pomegranate Black Pepper Rack of Lamb, Stuffed Chicken with mozzarella and spinach, Tri-Colored Roasted Cauliflower and Glazed Lemon Salmon! Four types of delicate desserts were on display with an exotic fruit platter full of taste and color. Anastasiya and Tim’s wedding reception took place at the charming Coop’s Event Barn in Rochester Minnesota this past summer.
